This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Teluschenko ("we", "us", or "our"), as the developer and publisher of the MultiSpace mobile application ("App"), handles information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection laws, Artem Teluschenko is the Data Controller of any personal data processed in connection with the App.

2. LOCAL DATA PROCESSING & SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

MultiSpace is designed as a local workspace utility.

• No Server-Side App Collection: We do not operate external cloud servers to collect, store, or transmit your personal data, account credentials, browsing history, workspace configurations, or URLs during your use of the App.
• Local Storage: All data you input into the App (including workspace names, custom links, and session data) is stored strictly locally on your own iOS device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up via your personal Apple iCloud account or other local device backup methods.
• Support Communications: The only scenario where we receive your data is when you voluntarily contact us via email for customer support or feedback.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & WEBVIEWS

The App allows you to organize and access external, third-party web services and social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) through embedded local webviews.

• Direct Interaction: When you log in or interact with these external services inside the App, you are interacting directly with those third parties.
• No Interception: We do not intercept, track, read, or store your login credentials, passwords, cookies, or personal data entered into these third-party webviews.
• Third-Party Policies: Your use of third-party services is governed strictly by the respective privacy policies of those external providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies carefully.

4. DATA SECURITY

Because your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend securing your iOS device with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID, and keeping your iOS operating system updated to prevent unauthorized access.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal data from anyone under the age of 13 (or under the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect any data on external servers, we do not possess any database containing children's data.

6. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS & EMAIL DATA (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have comprehensive rights regarding your personal data. However, since we do not collect, store, or transmit your app usage data to any servers, we cannot access, modify, or delete your local App data.

• App Data Control: You can exercise your right to erasure (to be forgotten) or right to object at any time simply by deleting the App from your device, which will permanently wipe all locally stored app data.
• Support Email Data: If you contact us via email, we will collect your email address and any information you choose to provide in the message. To assist with troubleshooting, our support email template automatically appends basic, non-identifying technical specifications about your environment (specifically: App Version, iOS Version, and Device Model Identifier). We use this information solely to respond to and resolve your inquiry. You have the right to request the deletion of our email correspondence at any time.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our official distribution channels and updating the "Last update" date.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union.
